What it does
Enquiries and conflict checks
Every enquiry recorded, every party searched against past and present matters before the firm takes it on, and every search kept.
Matters
Parties, the team and a lead lawyer, the court and suit number, and the stage from pre-action to judgment.
The court diary
Every sitting, what happened at it and the next date. A daily list for the lawyers on each matter.
Documents and e-filing
Versions kept, the NBA seal and stamp recorded before filing, and a checklist for the Federal High Court portal.
Time, bills and receipts
Time and costs become bills. Payments by transfer, cash, POS or a Receivly link, each with its receipt.
The client account
Money held for each client, kept apart, never paid out beyond what is held, and checked against the bank statement each month.
Agents that watch the records
Unrecorded sittings, matters with no next date, unbilled work, practising fees and CPD hours, sent to the right person.
Drafting and research
First drafts and research notes for the lawyer to check. Nothing is used until a lawyer marks it checked.
Your clients, in PersonalTab
Clients follow their matter, the next court date, the documents you share and their bills, on their own phone.
Privileged by design
Front desk and accounts never open matter files. Lawyers and clerks see the matters they are on. Two-step sign-in for everyone who reads files, a log of every opening and export, and nothing ever deleted: a wrong entry is struck out with a reason.
